Outreach Ministries
We serve those who need to experience the love of Christ; the broken and downtrodden, the sick, and those of great need.
Though some church members volunteer many days each month, our church does have a specific day that we volunteer at Eastern Catawba Cooperative Christian Ministries. It is the first Monday of each month, beginning at 9 am.
Our first priority is our local community, but we span the globe by partnering with regional, national and international mission organizations through both our gifts and our service.

We also host large events throughout the year that are designed to serve the local community.

Easter 4 Children
(held about a week before Easter)
This is a fun, Bible-based experience for children that involves crafts, stories, and of course, thousands of Easter eggs!
Journey to Jerusalem Prayer Walk
(held each year the week before Easter)
This is an immersive, walk-through experience that tells the story of the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. It is a powerful experience!
Vacation Bible School
(held one week each summer)
This is a week of music, crafts, stories and great food all based on a fun theme.
A Fun-For-All Fashion Show
(usually held in September)
This is an afternoon of hilarious fun-raising that raises funds for a worthy cause. The ladies of the church model amazing outfits that come primarily from thrift shops to show that good fashion doesn’t have to be expensive! The outfits and other clothing items are also for sale.
Harvest Festival
(held on a Saturday in late October)
This is a whole day of music, games, food, costumes, fellowship, and lots of freebies! It’s a “don’t miss” event for sure!
Birthday Party for Jesus
(held in mid-December)
This is a fun celebration that helps children remember the reason for the season.
